Restaurant Host/Hostess

Paid training $15/hour

Greet customers upon entry, check in reservations and walk-in parties at host stand

Plan and assign seating of parties, enter in computer floor plan and call server assigned over radio, ensure sufficient seating and place settings at tables, escort customers to tables with menus, update table statuses

Take phone calls for reservations, takeout orders, and answering customer questions

Monitor tablets for delivery app orders, online orders, and reservations, enter these into the computer system and bring order receipts to kitchen, update tablets by accepting orders/reservations and marking orders when ready

Receive portion of to-go order tips

Closing side work includes wiping down menus

Previous Asian restaurant experience preferred
