Join our vibrant team as a Restaurant Host/Hostess, working primarily on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays! As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll manage reservations, greet guests with a friendly smile, and ensure smooth seating arrangements. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the restaurant
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, assisting with reservations or questions
• Coordinate with the dining staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting area
• Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously

Experience

• Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience in customer service or guest relations enhances your ability to create memorable experiences
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, including phone etiquette and guest services best practices
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor during busy hours
• Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
