Restaurant Maintenance Manager

Melbrew is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our 14+ branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, machinery, and facilities are operating efficiently while minimising downtime and maintenance costs. Experience in the F&B or cafe industry and familiarity with coffee equipment maintenance is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all branches.
• Conduct routine branch inspections to identify repair, maintenance, and safety issues.
• Respond quickly to emergency equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and documentation and present timely reports to the Management.
• Manage spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff when needed.
• Travel between branches for maintenance work, when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in F&B, cafe, or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee machines and cafe equipment maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.

Location: DHA Phase VI, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
