Job Summary
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations within the retail environment. You will lead by example, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds customer service expectations while achieving sales targets.
Duties
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Manage inventory control processes
- Utilize retail math skills for sales analysis and forecasting
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all communications
- Implement effective store management practices
- Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks
- Coordinate shift schedules and manage staffing levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Drive retail sales through strategic initiatives
- Support Assistant Team leads and staff in their roles
