Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in leading teams, and committed to driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
• Oversee inventory control and ensure efficient stock management
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Address customer feedback professionally and promptly
• Assist in planning and monitoring digital and traditional marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and other relevant authorities
• Manage staff scheduling, conduct briefings, and maintain high service standards
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance development of service team members

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Basic understanding of financial management and reporting
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry best practices
