We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations in a reputed restaurant in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and proven experience in managing restaurant staff, operations, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.
• Manage, train, and motivate front-of-house and service staff.
• Monitor and maintain service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Handle reservations, guest complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize restaurant profitability.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food preparation and service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Plan and implement promotional events, menu updates, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in fine-dining establishments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in managing restaurant operations, budgets, and staff performance.
• Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and labor regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure consistent service quality

Location: Muscat, Oman
Salary: OMR 400-450

Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days a week
Day Off: 1 day weekly

Pay: AED3,600.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
