Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage the restaurant team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management, customer service, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Achieve sales targets and control operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in high-volume or fine dining restaurants preferred.
- Proficient in POS systems, reporting, and inventory management.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
