Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage the restaurant team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Achieve sales targets and control operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in high-volume or fine dining restaurants preferred.
  • Proficient in POS systems, reporting, and inventory management.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
