Position Summary
We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a luxury dining venue in Doha. This role requires an experienced hospitality professional with a proven background in Forbes Five-Star or equivalent luxury environments.
The successful candidate will bring an international perspective, refined service standards, and the ability to lead a multicultural team with confidence and finesse. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, driving financial performance, and maintaining the highest levels of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver impeccable service and uphold world-class standards.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Maintain a strong and visible floor presence to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
- Analyze business performance, monitor key metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to refine menus, enhance offerings, and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through staff coaching, training, and operational development.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and international health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, guests, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Competencies

Proven experience in restaurant management within luxury hospitality or fine-dining settings.
- Experience in Forbes Five-Star properties or globally recognized luxury hotel brands is essential.
- Must bring international exposure and a fresh perspective to the role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a multicultural team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a guest-centric mindset.
- Solid business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
- In-depth understanding of food and beverage operations, service flow, and luxury guest engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of local regulations and international hospitality standards is an advantage.
