Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, manage and train staff, oversee the hiring process, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. Additionally, the role requires managing inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and strategizing to improve efficiency and profitability.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide a top-notch dining experience for guests
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and address customer needs
  • Experience in the hiring process, including recruiting and onboarding new team members
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage management to ensure high quality and consistency
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in handling day-to-day challenges and problem-solving
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
