Restaurant Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-end Greek dining concept located in Saudi's stunning Red Sea area!

As Restaurant Manager you'll be overseeing daily operations ensuring delivery of exceptional guest experiences with authentic Greek hospitality.

Responsible for team leadership, training & development, driving service standards, financial performance, & operational excellence.

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in luxury, fine-dining or top-end restaurants
• Experience in remote or resort destinations beneficial
• Passion for Greek cuisine
• Confident, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
