Position: Restaurant Manager Location: High-End Café – Qatar

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our high-end café in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Maintain quality control across food, beverage, and customer service.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Options:
• Full Package: QAR 10,600
• Or Salary: QAR 7,900 + Staff Accommodation (single room with shared private area)
