Restaurant Manager

What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee the restaurant’s daily operations
• Recruit, train, and lead a new team
• Ensure smooth service and outstanding customer satisfaction
• Control costs, manage inventory, and handle vendor relationships
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• Build a strong, welcoming team culture from the start

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Pre-opening experience is a big plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi food & beverage regulations
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
