• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha and Micros for efficient cash handling and order processing.
• Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct interviews and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen management to create innovative menus that delight our guests.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.

Preferred qualifications

• Strong background in food service management, including fine dining or casual dining experience.
• Expertise in culinary practices, food handling, and kitchen management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.
• Experience with banquet operations or catering services is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.99 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
