- Operations Management: Supervise daily shifts, coordinate front and back-of-house, ensure smooth service flow, and maintain restaurant ambiance. Monitoring of products and stocks needed.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate employees, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive culture.
- Customer Service: Ensure high satisfaction, build guest rapport, handle complaints professionally, and gather feedback.
- Financial Control: Manage budgets, control labor/food costs, monitor sales, track inventory, and order supplies within budget.
- Quality & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations; maintain food quality and presentation standards.
- Marketing & Strategy: Develop promotions, contribute to marketing plans, and work with management on business goals and improvements.
