SŌW Plated, where we believe in our mission of GOOD FOOD GOOD MOOD, is looking to add a Restaurant Manager to our team.
We are a full-service healthy eatery that focuses on food that is great for your mental health while doing our best to following our ethos of Sustainable, Organic, and Wellness. Following diets outlined by the likes of Dr. Drew Ramsey and Dr. Uma Naidoo, we do our best to source products that are great for you, and present them in simple yet flavorful ways.
We feature a cold-pressed juice and cocktail program, as well as an all organic Wine list.
Daily Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:
Shift management
Staff hiring, training, coaching and development
Department Areas of Responsibilities and focuses
Scheduling, ordering, maintenance, etc. etc.
An employee-compassionate culture that cares more about open dialogue with employees and truly seeing their success, rather than discipline and micromanagement.
This is an HOURLY Manager position. You get paid when you work. If you work OT, you get paid your OT rate. No more overworking without getting paid!
45 hr work week (5/9 hr days). This is usually the minimum, but if need be and you work more, you get paid!
No late nights, (restaurant closes at 9 pm/10 pm).
Flexible schedule of both mornings and nights.
Monthly Insurance Stipend/PTO (no probation period)
Ability to be part of a growing concept with pretty significant upward mobility in the next few years

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
