Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and team motivation.
- Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and tea preparation in line with brand standards.
- Maintain excellent customer experience by handling feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring high service standards.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control stock levels to minimize waste and shortages.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic financial controls.
- Coordinate with suppliers and management to support operational needs.
- Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency during peak hours.
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold Sheen Specialty Tea’s values and culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in food & beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for hospitality, tea, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
