Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a positive customer experience, high employee engagement, and the efficient use of resources. This includes managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, handling customer service issues, and achieving financial goals.

Key Responsibilities: Operations Management

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory management and order supplies to maintain adequate stock.
• Maintain operational efficiency, including staff scheduling and shift coverage.

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Create a positive and productive work environment through team motivation and leadership.

Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer service by training staff and handling escalated complaints or issues.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback constructively and promptly.

Financial Management

• Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, food, and supplies.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Prepare budgets and assist with financial forecasting.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Stay updated with local, state, and federal regulations affecting restaurant operations.

Qualifications: Education & Experience:

• MBA/BBA with specialization in hospitality or business preferred.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
