YOUR MISSIONS:

• Lead with Inspiration: Manage and motivate a team of 30+ staff members, nurturing talent through training, performance reviews, and a shared commitment to excellence.
• Elevate Guest Experiences: Uphold and enhance our legendary service standards, ensuring every visit reflects the charm and sophistication of the French Riviera.
• Master Operations: Oversee financial and logistical aspects, from inventory and supplier coordination to staff scheduling and performance metrics (covers, average spend).
• Solve with Creativity: Identify operational challenges and implement innovative solutions to maintain seamless service and an unforgettable ambiance.
• Thrive Under Pressure: Make swift, decisive judgments to uphold our reputation for flawless hospitality, even in the busiest moments.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 3–5 years of leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end, comparable establishment.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage large teams, with a focus on performance and development.
• Expertise in inventory control, supplier coordination, and financial oversight (tracking KPIs, cost management).
• A passion for exceptional customer service , with the poise to resolve complex issues professionally.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability to engage with our diverse team and international clientele.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A dynamic, energetic personality that aligns with our playful yet refined brand.
• Proficiency in French or another European language (a delightful bonus).
• An ability for creating harmony, whether in team dynamics, guest interactions, or the ambiance of the room.
