Restaurant Manager – QSR / Café

Location: Rajkot
Experience: 3–5 Years
Employment: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations
• Handle staff scheduling, training & discipline
• Ensure service quality, hygiene & SOP compliance
• Control inventory, costs & daily cash reports
• Handle customer issues and drive sales

Requirements:

• Experience in QSR / café / restaurant operations
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Knowledge of POS, inventory & basic MIS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
