Restaurant Manager

Overview
We are seeking a experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Stake Chophouse + Bar. The ideal candidate can assist on the floor and make sure that the guest experience is fulfilled to our standard. Knowledge and experience with wine is also a must.

Duties

• Work alongside GM with Daily operations
• Fulfill GM days off completing necessary tasks
• Oversee front of house staff holding them to expectations
• Support in keeping the restaurant organized and clean
• Assist on floor during service providing help to FOH staff to make service smooth

Requirements

• Prior manager experience in fine dining establishment
• Certified sommelier
• Knowledge of bar and spirits
• Experience with Toast POS system
• Knowledge of budgeting, buying and organization of wine is a plus
• Open availability based on needs of restaurant

Pay: $75,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
