Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant and taproom operations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, maintaining efficient operations, and supporting the success of both the food and craft beer programs.


Brewing experience or a strong background in craft beer is highly preferred, as this role may also support brewing operations and help curate an engaging beer program.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant and taproom operations
  • Hire, train, schedule, and lead front-of-house staff
  • Ensure high standards for service, cleanliness, and guest experience
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs
  • Address guest concerns and maintain a strong presence during service
  • Collaborate on tap lists, beer releases, and brewery-related events
  • Assist with brewing operations


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience in high-volume service environments preferred
  • Brewing experience or strong knowledge of craft beer highly preferred
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
