Restaurant Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who loves great hospitality and can lead a strong bar + wine program—from service standards to inventory, costs, and team training.

What you’ll own in this role:

 Run daily service: pre-shift, floor leadership, pace, guest recovery, and consistent

standards.

 Lead the beverage program: cocktails, wine service, features, vendor relationships, and events.

 Hire, train, and coach: servers and bartenders (upselling, pairings, product knowledge,

responsible alcohol service).

 Own the numbers: beverage/food COGS, inventory & ordering, labor targets, sanitation, and alcohol compliance.

What We’re looking for:

 3+ years in restaurant leadership (high-volume and/or upscale) with strong floor

presence.

 Beverage chops: cocktails + wine, plus inventory, pour cost, menu updates, and

organization.

 A coach-first leadership style—calm, accountable, and hands-on.

 Comfort with POS/scheduling tools and basic reporting (sales, comps/voids, COGS,

labor).
