Duties

- Lead staff training and development initiatives, including interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management practices, minimizing waste while ensuring availability of ingredients and supplies.
- Supervise kitchen operations, including food production, cooking techniques, and quality control to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Manage shift scheduling, budgeting, and cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining high service standards.
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership in hospitality management, staff recognition, and conflict resolution.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold excellent customer service standards.
- Coordinate catering or banquet events when applicable, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and kitchen management practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting.
- Strong background in inventory control, food safety regulations, and food handling procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising teams, training staff, and managing shifts effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and food management strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
