Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost controls.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with chefs and marketing teams to develop innovative dining experiences.
- Foster a positive environment that supports teamwork and staff development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management within the respective cuisine specialty.
- Strong understanding of culinary trends and dining preferences for Korean, French, or Steakhouse concepts.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Certification in hospitality or restaurant management.
- Multilingual capabilities (English required).
