Restaurant Manager

Are you a dynamic, experienced, and passionate restaurant manager? We are seeking highly skilled Restaurant Managers to lead our prestigious establishments specializing in Korean Cuisine, French Cuisine, and Steakhouse dining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost controls.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with chefs and marketing teams to develop innovative dining experiences.
  • Foster a positive environment that supports teamwork and staff development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management within the respective cuisine specialty.
  • Strong understanding of culinary trends and dining preferences for Korean, French, or Steakhouse concepts.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Certification in hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Multilingual capabilities (English required).
  • Knowledge of local regulations and dining trends in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
