Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will assist & manage the restaurant's daily operations and share a responsibility for achieving customer, profit, sales and employee performance goals. As the Restaurant Manager, your team members' movements and activities are your responsibility. As the Restaurant Manager, you will provide coaching and support where necessary all while motivating your team to meet and exceed company expectations.

REQUIREMENTS
* Must have a minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
* Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
* Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
* Ability to work weekends and Holidays
* Positive Mental Attitude
* Ability to motivate and be a team player and captain
* Be the best of the best

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• full service restaurant management: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Food Safety Certification (Required)

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
