Located in the heart of Mansehra, we pride ourselves on delivering memorable dining experiences to our valued guests. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold our reputation for culinary excellence.

Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen staff to develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume upscale dining establishment.

Proven leadership abilities with a strong focus on team building and staff development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Serve Safe Food Protection Manager Certification or equivalent preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
