Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a high standard of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver memorable dining experiences while managing all aspects of restaurant management, including staff supervision and inventory control. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
  • Manage daily shift operations, including supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as TOAST POS; oversee cash handling procedures.
  • Control inventory levels, and implement effective food management practices.
  • Train new staff members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance team skills in food service management and hospitality.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and food handling procedures across the restaurant.

Experience

  • Proven management experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment; casual dining or fine dining experience is highly valued.
  • Strong background in supervising teams, conducting interviews, and staff training & development.
  • Familiarity with TOAST POS system for efficient transaction processing.
  • Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices within the food industry.
  • Previous roles involving restaurant management, or hospitality management are advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on customer service excellence, team management, and operational efficiency. Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
