Restaurant Manager

Position Title: Restaurant Manager (RM)

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, driving revenue, and leading the team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, motivate, and develop restaurant staff.
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Control labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and support departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role within upscale or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
  • Good understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
