Duties

  • Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated and well-trained team.
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability.
  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
  • Lead shift management by coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and implement training programs to enhance team skills.

Skills

  • Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management processes.
  • Expertise in food industry standards including inventory control, food safety, and food handling protocols.
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in staff training & development, team management, and shift supervision.
  • Background in hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus; familiarity with catering or banquet operations is advantageous.
