Restaurant Manager - DFW Locations

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, learn their names, manage the market flow, and the players
• Inspire players to have a sense of self pride and passion of food, service and high standards.
• Train, develop and promote players and assess performance on a regular basis.
• Implement training programs that improve market experience, guest care and profitability.
• Maintain and build the market from a complimentary perspective, remaining true to the brand.
• Maintain all merchandising standards and monitor inventory levels.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing office procedures depending on your shift
• Manage equipment and the interior/exterior of the market as needed.
• Support and emulate the work culture, policies, procedures, and standardization set for by Eatzi's.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years restaurant management experience or
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions.
• Results-oriented. Able to set the vision and see the “big picture.”
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
• Possess strong leadership skills. Able to build a team to reach desired goals.
