We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our casual dining restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on operational experience, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. Candidates must have proven experience in managing casual dining restaurant operations, driving sales, controlling costs, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained at all times.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Control restaurant costs, including labor, food cost, wastage, and operating expenses.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Create a positive work culture and maintain staff discipline and productivity.
- Plan and execute promotions, events, and local marketing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a casual dining restaurant.
- Previous UAE experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage P&L.
- Good understanding of food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
