Restaurant Manager @Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our casual dining restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on operational experience, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. Candidates must have proven experience in managing casual dining restaurant operations, driving sales, controlling costs, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained at all times.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Control restaurant costs, including labor, food cost, wastage, and operating expenses.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Create a positive work culture and maintain staff discipline and productivity.
  • Plan and execute promotions, events, and local marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a casual dining restaurant.
  • Previous UAE experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage P&L.
  • Good understanding of food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
