Restaurant Manager (Fine Dining)

• 5+ years of management experience in a fine dining establishment

• Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams
• Extensive wine knowledge with confidence in guest engagement
• Clear, confident, and decisive decision-making skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• A strong focus on building relationships with local businesses, organizations, and charities
• A natural ability to connect with and elevate the in-house guest experience
