Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel bar and restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, efficient operations, and strong team performance while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
• Supervise and lead front-of-house staff (waiters, cashiers, bartenders)
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Manage reservations, seating, and floor operations
• Control inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers
• Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce efficiency
• Monitor sales, costs, and support revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or high-volume restaurant/bar
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Presentable, professional, and proactive attitude
• Must be currently in UAE
