Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Control costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare reports on sales, budgets, and performance
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Basic financial and inventory management knowledge
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
