Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Control costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Prepare reports on sales, budgets, and performance
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Basic financial and inventory management knowledge

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
