Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives while leveraging various platforms to enhance our market presence. This position is required to oversee multiple locations' marketing requirements.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and print advertising.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns utilizing Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts by creating engaging copy and managing the production of high-quality content for various platforms..
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively while ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Lead product management initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials and enhancing brand visuals.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Chinese Mandarin is preferred, but not required.
  • 2 years + experience as a restaurant marketing manager is preferred
  • 2 years experience in marketing is required.
  • Proven experience in a marketing management role with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, multichannel marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience in creating compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
