Restaurant Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

The Restaurant Marketing Specialist role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for establishments within the restaurant, liquor store and gaming industries. This position focuses on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of restaurants and retail liquor stores, including promotions, digital campaigns, and community outreach. The successful candidate will analyze market trends and customer data to optimize marketing efforts and enhance the restaurant's competitive positioning. Collaboration with culinary, operations, and management teams is essential to ensure marketing initiatives align with the entity’s brand identity and business goals. Ultimately, this role aims to increase foot traffic, build customer loyalty, and elevate overall experience through innovative and targeted marketing approaches. This job is based in Casper, Wyoming. It is NOT a remote work position.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Know how to craft a killer hook, headline, and CTA that converts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.
  • Fast, organized and proactive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Confident managing agencies, photographers, and freelancers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and online advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and loyalty program management.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Certification in digital marketing or hospitality marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and Youtube), email marketing, and local advertising to attract and retain customers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer demographics, preferences, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management and staff to create compelling content and promotional materials that highlight menu offerings and special events.
  • Manage leaderboard content for restaurant locations.
  • Manage the restaurant’s online presence, including website updates, social media accounts, and online review platforms to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
