Restaurant Onboarding Executive / Partner Acquisition Associate

Islamabad, Pakistan

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Restaurant Onboarding Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding restaurants to join our online food delivery marketplace. You’ll act as the face of our brand, building relationships with restaurant owners, helping them set up their profiles, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit restaurants in assigned areas to pitch and onboard them to the platform.
  • Explain platform benefits and business models to restaurant owners and managers.
  • Collect and verify restaurant information, menus, images, and documentation for registration.
  • Assist restaurants with completing their onboarding process — from sign-up to going live.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, finance, tech) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Track and report onboarding progress using CRM tools or internal dashboards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and retention post-onboarding.
  • Gather feedback from restaurant partners and share insights to improve onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or partner onboarding (experience in food tech or F&B industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within assigned areas.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
