Restaurant Reservationist

We are looking for a Reservationist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking reservations, answering questions, and providing information about our services. The candidate will also be responsible for checking in guests and directing them to the appropriate restaurants. They must have a professional appearance and ability to stand for the duration of their shift. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Reservationist should also be comfortable working with computers and able to quickly learn new software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
• Assist customers with booking and canceling reservations.
• Check in customers as they come in for their reservation.
• Provide customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Keep track of reservations in the system.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure all reservation information is accurate and up-to-date.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
