We are seeking a professional and service-oriented
Restaurant Reservations Agent
to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant reservations, guest inquiries, and dining coordination, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Handle restaurant reservations accurately via phone, email, and reservation systems

Coordinate dining arrangements across all hotel restaurants and outlets

Provide detailed information on menus, promotions, operating hours, and special events

Manage guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements

Liaise closely with restaurant managers and host teams to ensure smooth operations

Maintain up-to-date reservation records and seating plans

Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly

Ensure all interactions reflect the hotel’s luxury service standards
Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in restaurant reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable or similar) is an advantage

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
