Position 1: Assistant Manager (Restaurant Operations)
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in the restaurant or hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline
  • Handle customer service issues and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order delivery
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Prepare daily reports on sales, performance, and operations

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively

Position 2: Sales Executive (Restaurant Business Development)
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in restaurant, food, or hospitality sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business through partnerships, events, and promotions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and vendors
  • Work on increasing restaurant visibility through marketing campaigns
  • Manage customer feedback and drive repeat business
  • Support management in achieving monthly sales targets

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in B2C/B2B sales in the F&B industry preferred
  • Target-oriented and proactive attitude

Preferred Candidates:
Candidates with prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹32,016.54 per month
