Restaurant Employee
-Location is in St. Mary's
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including bartending, food production, and customer service.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served to customers in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
Requirements:
-MUST have experience with Toast POS system.
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
