Restaurant Server

Small family owned Italian Restaurant in Sterling, VA is seeking Restaurant Servers .

The restaurant environment is small and casual, where team members feel like family. We produce high quality Italian food that is unique, locally sourced, with chef driven recipes.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, train, and grow in a unique culinary environment, who potential to grow your career as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

• Serve our customers in a fast paced casual restaurant environment
• Able to learn to use espresso machine to make specialty coffee drinks
• Able to act as a bartender for specialty cocktails
• Able to effectively describe, and sell menu items to our guests
• Able to use our POS system with competency
• Must be a self starter and self motivator
• Must have a a hospitable demeanor
• Must be able to work well with others (we are a small staff)
• Previous experience NOT Necessary, on the job training is available for the right person
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be available Tuesday - Friday 11AM - 4:30PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $35.00 per hour
