Bremen House is an exciting new upscale sports bar and restaurant opening next month in Downtown Los Angeles, and we are currently building our opening team. We are seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Servers who are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

As a Restaurant Server at Bremen House, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, building guest relationships, and helping create a vibrant dining and nightlife atmosphere. From guiding guests through menu selections to ensuring every table receives attentive and professional service, you will be an essential part of our launch team and long-term success.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new concept from the ground up and grow with a dynamic hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism and enthusiasm while creating a warm and inviting dining experience
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus while providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling opportunities
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders using POS systems and communicate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and service
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly using POS systems
• Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Experience in upscale dining, nightlife, sports bars, lounges, or high-volume restaurants is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork mentality
• Basic knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha, Micros, Toast, or similar platforms preferred
• Ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experience
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts
