Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS system
• Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
• Use reservation management tools to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize table turnover

Experience

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus, along with familiarity with cashiering and basic math skills
