We take food seriously. Ourselves? Not so much. Fireside is LaGrange County's first and only brewery, serving Handcrafted Burgers, House-Smoked Meats, Craft Beer, and Specialty Cocktails in historic downtown LaGrange. Big-City Flavor. Small-Town Vibes.

THE ROLE

Being a server at Fireside means more than taking orders — it's about bringing personality to the table. You'll help guests discover their new favorite burger, beer, or cocktail, keep the vibe fun, and work side by side with a team that genuinely has each other's backs. We're not just saying that — it's how we're built.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality

- Guide them through our menu of flavorful, creative dishes paired with craft beer and specialty cocktails

- Take pride in your space and help where it's needed. We believe good service starts with good teamwork.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- No experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the menu, the craft beer, and the cocktails. What we can't teach is personality — and that's what we're really hiring for.

- Great energy and genuine hospitality

- Reliability your team can count on

- Willingness to learn and talk about great food, craft beer, and cocktails

- A sense of humor (bonus points if fluent in sarcasm)

COMPENSATION

Average earnings of $20+/hr

INDIANA ALCOHOL SERVER EMPLOYEE PERMIT

To comply with Indiana law, servers must be at least 18 and obtain an Indiana Alcohol Server Employee Permit upon hire.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
