Your Day-to-Day as a Loveless Server:

• Provide exceptional food and drink service to your tables
• Make every guest feel like family with friendly, fast service
• Take orders and use Upserve to ring in checks
• Recommend Southern favorites with confidence (we’ll help you learn the menu!)
• Check IDs, follow alcohol service rules, and keep our guests safe
• Reset tables, handle payments, and maintain a clean, polished dining area
• Communicate with teammates and work together to keep things running smoothly
• Always go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations
• Show up with a great attitude and in uniform - neat, clean, and ready to shine!

You’re a Great Fit If You:
✔ Have previous experience as a server
✔ Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
✔ Can stand, bend, reach, and move comfortably during a full shift
✔ Have strong people skills and enjoy connecting with guests
✔ Are dependable, punctual, and willing to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends & holidays)

✔ Have reliable transportation to and from work
✔ Hold a valid ABC Card (or can obtain one)
