Restaurant Server - Fine Dining - PART TIME

We are a fine-dining establishment that is open Tuesday-Sunday 11:00am - 9:00pm (last seating).

We need a PART-TIME employee that can commit to 2-3 fixed nights each week for a total of about 18 hrs, with willingness to occassionally cover other shifts. Start time is 4:00 or 5:00pm and we’re usually out by 10pm.

You can expect a rigorous paid training/probationary period where you'll learn "our service language", European fine-dining traditions, and how to sell and serve fine French wines.

EXPERIENCE COURSING A MEAL IN A NICE RESTAURANT IS REQUIRED. EXPERIENCE PRE-BUSSING, MARKING, AND TABLESIDE WINE SERVICE ALSO REQUIRED.

Our restaurant operates without bussers, bartenders, or hosts, so you have the potential to earn and keep significant tips. To foster the best relationship between front and back of house, approximately 5% of tips are pooled for kitchen staff who supports you. You keep the rest.

The restaurant is closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Independence Day, and Mondays.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSE ONSITE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED so that you can count on your team to be clear headed and reliable.
