Texas T-Bone Steakhouse & Famous Dave's BBQ is Hiring! Part-Time Server / Host

We are looking for a strong hospitality professional to join our team in a cross-trained Server / Host role. This is a part-time position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Provide attentive, efficient service as a Server
• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism as a Host
• Create a great first and last impression for every guest
• Stay organized and composed during high-volume shifts
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality , particularly in a steakhouse or bbq full-service establishments.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests effectively.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations within the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate guest relations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
