We are seeking a 1 Full-Time restaurant server / bartender to join our Food and Beverage team. The correct candidate will have previous bartender experience.
Weekend availability is required and shifts will be both morning and evening depending on the day of the week.
Our restaurant servers display the knowledge and skill required to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Friendly, warm and gracious, this role is the liaison between the culinary team and the guest, and makes sure all guest expectations are exceeded, while ensuring the Hotel's high quality standards are met.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the Hotel from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Hotel.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. High school diploma is preferred. Six months to One Year Food & Beverage experience is also preferred. Excellent wine knowledge is preferred
CERTIFICATES LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
Certified in the responsible service of Alcohol and Food Handlers preferred. If not already certified, this training will be provided.

PAY SCALE
The pay scale for this position is $16.90 plus tips. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual wage rates will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of hotel experience, and education.
