Restaurant Shift Manager

Dodo Pizza is looking for a Shift Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, including welcoming and serving customers.

Only for applicants who has proven experience in Domino's, Papa John, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, KFC or other International QSR chains in Dubai.

Shift Manager responsibilities include delegating tasks, addressing diners queries and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the food industry, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

- Strictly following company's standards;

- Control compliance with standards by staff;

- Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance;

- Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order food supplies;

- Coordinate with suppliers as they deliver food product orders;

- Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints;

- Report maintenance and training needs

Requirements and skills:

- Experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role in a restaurant;

- Good knowledge of restaurant operations (e.g. managing reservations and payments) and good communication skills;

- A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism;

- Team management abilities

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
